Producing html/css of Sketch file using react-semantic-ui

We have a new site design for [login to view URL] and we're looking for a talented front-end developer to transfer the Sketch fules into html using semantic ui. We will eventually transfer this to a react SPA using semantic react. We would like to ensure there are tasteful animations as the customer navigated this site. Please provide live examples of your html/css projects using [login to view URL] We want to create a set of reusable components to rapidly iterate on new products. You have to leverage semantic themes, semantic grid, semantic js libraries and NO JQUERY. Minimal custom css to reduce bloat. Also want you to reproduce the forms on the current site.
