Hi, Here is the comment on your Technical Requirements. 1) The designer knows Laravel and its templating system (blade). (ESSENTIAL!) Yes, We are very good in Laravel and template system. We have already done work on this. 2) We are using Twitter Bootstrap on the backend. So, the new design has to be compatible with bootstrap, i.e. including bootstrap shouldn't mess how the design looks. (ESSENTIAL!) Yes, We have already working on Twitter Bootstrap and complete website will be in Bootstrap . 3) No plain (content) text in the HTML files! All the text should be in the lang directory, and the designer should use the trans function to display the text. Yes, We will not use No plain. 4) Valid HTML, CSS and JS code (we will use some tools to validate it). We are very good in HTML, CSS and JS . 5) For the CSS and JS files, we will need both normal and minified versions of each file. Yes. We will use both normal and minified version of each file.
