A new innovative medical device (Visia digital skin complexion analysis) that is freely available in all kiehl’s outlets which scans individuals’ skin giving them a detailed report on their skins’ type, and problems they are facing and might face in the future. Which in turn, helps kiehl's system align them with product best suitable for their skin.

A new innovative application that processes all the data given by the device into a system that creates a bitmoji with the client’s face that portrays all their skin issues and suggests all products needed for each skincare problems (aligned with their skin type).

CRM building process is going to be through mandatory downloading of the application to get the (Visia digital skin complexion analysis)

The collected data is going to be used in the application to identify the customers’ shopping history and in turn align them with products most suitable for them.

The data is also going to help identify what other skincare brands the customers are buying to help recognize their preferences and needs to work accordingly to better satisfy them.
