Vacancy: Tech VA & Funnel Builder

Seeking and experienced Tech VA & Funnel Builder. The Tech VA & Funnel Builder is responsible for all web design and funnel page building for Edkdairos Corp and some internal company funnels.

The Tech VA & Funnel Builder is responsible for all web design related components to funnel building: designing & building opt-in pages, sales pages, checkout pages, and confirmation pages for a flawless execution.

The Tech VA & Funnel Builder is responsible for all tech related components to funnel building: design & build opt-in pages, integrate email sequences, tagging & all backend CRM work, pixel placement and testing funnels.

What you'll be responsible for:

Design full sales funnels (including opt in/landing pages, thank you pages, sales pages, checkout pages, and purchase confirmation pages) in various 3rd Party platforms (including WordPress, Clickfunnels, Kajabi, WebinarJam, Easywebinar, etc.) for all client and internal Hirsh Marketing funnels

Make proactive suggestions on improving both the structure and design of the funnels based on the client’s needs and feedback

Create and integrate high quality graphic design elements into the funnels you create so that they are set up to convert and incorporate the clients branding at a high level

Provide funnel design maintenance support as needed (example: implementing design changes to existing funnel pages based on funnel audits)

TECHNICAL TASKS

Integrate funnels with CRM and other tech platforms

Set up all email automations for funnels across all major platforms including Kajabi, Kartra, Active Campaign, Ontraport and Clickfunnels.

Be able to place and check all funnel pixels

Duplicate existing funnels for ad specific traffic across various tech platforms

Provide funnel maintenance support as needed

Support webinar integration and ads managers with third party tracking issues and pixel issues

Support new clients with their domain verification process if necessary

Implement conversion API as needed for clients in onboarding

Requirements:

Expert level funnel building, web design, and tech-related experience including platforms such as Clickfunnels, Kajabi, WordPress, WebinarJam, Easywebinar, etc.

General knowledge of other major platforms such as Convertkit, Infusionsoft/Keap, ActiveCampaign, Leadpages, Drip, Everwebinar, Ontraport, GoHighLevel

Understanding of how funnels work and the overall view of what a customer journey is and the purpose in what we are creating for each client

Previous Asana experience and knowledge

Ability to follow funnel build briefs in the client onboarding process
