With multiple web apps evolving over time, the UI needs a shared design language while still adapting to different users, workflows and product goals. I would first define the core UX principles, information architecture and reusable Figma system, then establish components, spacing, typography and responsive patterns that work cleanly with modern frontend development. Next I would apply the system to real product flows, refining interactions and usability with the team as requirements evolve. I would avoid creating separate visual systems for every product, since consistency should make future products faster to design and implement.
