Nikola Valenti is a start-up but fast-growing jewelry subscription company. We are currently looking for a team member that can help us design engaging and responsive page layouts and templates for our website.
Responsibilities will include:
• Designing engaging and responsive page layouts, templates, and landing pages
• Producing design assets for use in social media and marketing channels
• Developing and maintaining consistent branding
• Making recommendations on UX/UI focused designs
• Working alongside our Web developers to deploy designs
• Properly label and maintain the database of design assets
• Utilizing data and analytics in making design decisions
Qualifications and Skills:
• Understanding of graphic design fundamentals and digital photo editing with experience with necessary applications like Adobe Create Cloud
• Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
• Familiarity with the mobile space, including specific design requirements, limitations of screen sizes, touch-based capabilities, bandwidth concerns, etc.
• Ability to code -at least HTML and CSS
• Ability to take a project from concept to launch
• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with telecommunication methods (email, phone, video)
• Social media and email marketing experience a plus
• Google Analytics experience a plus
