Web Designer needed for Architect's website

a. i am tight on budget

b. there will be more projects in future for other clients, so we can be in long term engagement

I need a website to be done as per the below requirements -

1. corporate landing page -

this will have -

- Chairman message - open in a popup

- MD message - open in a popup

- customer reviews/testimonials (1 liners) along with respective logos - may be a slider

- company vision and mission

- if possible media mentions/press releases

- 4 lines of business - each one opens new folder on same site -

A. Construction section -

a. project category wise photo gallery (commercial, residential, infra) also categorized as completed, on-going and coming soon). please check - [login to view URL] for reference. Or if you have better looking idea, feel free to use. They have very few projects only.

b. client testimonials (can be text or embedded youtube videos too)

c. Types of Services offered

d. About us (core team)

e. Policies

f. Working system (suitable for construction firm)

B. Architecture section (A beautiful layout of interior website. need following)

a. Picture gallery of completed projects and inspirational pictures

b. client testimonials (can be text or embedded youtube videos too)

c. Types of Services offered

d. About us (core team) - ref - [login to view URL], testimonials section. or [login to view URL]

e. working System (ref from [login to view URL])

f. FAQ - a nice FAQ like

g. Policies ref ([login to view URL])

Both (A and B) section will have an online payment option. Also, CTAs to be added, like pop up forms of request a call back, or Let's discuss, etc. are required wherever needed.

C. One page introduction to a new line of business (for future)

D. One page introduction to another new line of business (for future)

I need a complete responsive cross browser compatible website delivered. Website needs to be very attractive , modern look/feel and interactive, using AJAX, J Queries, HTML5, and all other latest technologies. Final website's codes must be SEO friendly.

Further we will implement wordpress on this website. If you can take up this part too, i will be glad to work with a single team (but remember the website will be made live in 2 phases - a. static website, b. website with cms), Else, i will post it as a separate project. If you decide not to take up the wordpress part, you might need to redo some work to ensure seamless responsiveness, J scripts and other aspects.

For now, quote only for static website

This website needs to be delivered within 2 weeks.
