Looking for someone to design a template for squarespace, I very much like the layout of this site,

And would like my site to look like this, with a few minor changes. It needs to be fully editable by me, including the banner.
Where it says, latest news, I would like to change that to interest rates, and roll through a different rate approx every 5 seconds. Theres need to be editable as they change with the market.
Also where the "some companies we work with are, I would like that to be be a preview of the blog with the latest news change every 10 seconds or so.
