Website for recipes - Able to add new products

Hi! We are a grocery store in Stockholm, Sweden that manufactures own products from scratch. It's all from portion food and salads to juices and desserts. At present we have about 400 products with a target of 1000 products ahead. This requires calculated calculations and recipes for each product so that we can get the right prices among other things. This would we like to have and administer via a website. A simple and clear website with login. We would like to add all the individual products to a large list (e.g. Coconut milk, banana, tomatoes) with brand and price. Inside the page you should be able to click on something like "New calculation" and you can then add all the ingredients, based on the large list and then the amount in grams or e.g liters. This should then be summed up to a total price for each product. You should also be able to add a "what to do" box where it is detailed how to manufacture the product. We can go into more detail what needs to be found later. There should also be a search function to obtain the respective calculation and recipes. Everything should be printable so that it is easy on one A4 page to get a product with which ingredients are available, what quantity and how to manufacture the product. At present, we do this via Excel but feel that it is more safe and professional if via do it via a Web-based website located at our web hotel.
