Overview: We're looking to enhance our website with both UI/UX fixes and new feature integrations on an hourly basis. The work will be tackled one by one as agreed. Key Requirements: • Advanced full items categorization for seamless browsing. • Messaging system: Enable real-time messaging between shop owners and buyers with emoji support and attachments (currently not functioning). • Real-time notification system: Notify users when a buyer adds an item to the cart, creates a purchase, or when a seller approves/rejects a purchase (currently not functioning). • Product details on shop pages: Display product name, description, shop name, direct messaging option, quantity selection, and add-to-cart functionality. • User cart functionality: Allow users to view orders from different shops, edit quantity, and delete orders. Orders will be routed to sellers who will then manage acceptance/rejection. Buyers will be notified of seller decisions via notification icon and My Orders panel. • Delivery Manager Role: A dedicated account that manages orders across the site. Responsibilities include overseeing orders, changing/editing site logo, removing undesired content from profiles/shops, blocking users, and providing technical support. The confirmed seller orders will be forwarded to this account for further processing with full order details. • Shop Creation and Management: - Login page fields: Username, mobile number, password, and confirm mobile number (mobile fields currently not functioning). - Profile and shop creation: All profiles are buyers, but they can create shops. The create shop page should include page name, category, contact number, optional GPS-based location (currently not functioning), description, and an option to upload a shop banner (with a default banner if none is uploaded). - Home page updates: Incorporate an advanced search bar with filtration, site-wide navigation, and features like featured shops/products, messaging icon, My Shops dashboard (with order management and product addition), My Orders panel showing full purchase statuses, etc. • Shop-specific functionalities: - Each shop should display full statistics of sold items. - Add product functionality should prompt for item name, description, price in IQD, stock level, low stock warning, and allow up to 10 images. Ability to edit or delete product info. Project Details: • Payment Type: Hourly (@ $40 per hour). • Estimated Effort: Approximately 150-200 hours (subject to further assessment). We’re open to handling tasks one by one and refining the scope as needed. Please submit detailed proposals with estimated timelines for each component.
