High-Pressure Stainless Pipe Welding

I have an industrial job that calls for precision stainless-steel pipe welding on a high-pressure line. The sections are already cut, beveled, and fit-up is in place; what I need is a seasoned welder who can come on site, lay sound root passes, and complete full-penetration welds that will hold up under demanding pressure tests. You’ll be working exclusively with stainless pipe, schedule and diameter to be confirmed before we start. All joints must pass visual, dye-penetrant, and hydrostatic inspection to the applicable industrial standard (ASME or equivalent). Bring your own TIG setup or let me know in advance if you need mine—either way, shielding gas purity and good purging practice are critical. Deliverables • Weld all assigned joints, capped and cleaned • Provide weld maps and heat numbers for traceability • Support pressure test and fix any test-revealed defects within the agreed time window If you regularly handle high-pressure stainless work and can meet tight tolerances without porosity, let’s lock in a start date and get this line finished.
