remove text in txt file one per line(repost)

Hello, I have txt file like this : What do naked fish play with? Bare-a-cudas! I'd be a presbeberian if I could spell it. Knock Knock. Who's there? Curly! Curly who? Curly Q! Cinderelephant! Some lines are longer .. i need an app that would reduce the length of the line. For example, i would set the app to 100 and the software would reduce EACH LINE to 100 characters Also i would need it to add an url at the beginning of the line (each line) OR after 2 or 3 words and add ?=xxx (x=number and letters) at the end of the url so it would add on 1 line [[login to view URL]][1] 2nd line [[login to view URL]][2] So reduce the lenght of each line , add url at beginning or after 2-3 words at each line (and adding to the url ?=xxx) Thanks EDIT 05/22 Example : Lets say my txt file is What do naked fish play with?
