For Windows VPS: server & client component needed

I have to receive financial data for a list of symbols from a service provider and distribute it to multiple clients. The data is a list of history records or live events data. The needed solution will have a Server Component and a Client Component. The Server and multiple Client components will be hosted on different physical machines, accessible over the Internet. API documentation and examples available.
