Hyper-V / MSSVMM Expert (Native english speaker) for 30 minute consultation

Hi Guys, I need to have a short skype conversation (30 minutes or less) with an expert in Microsoft Hyper-V on WIndows Server 2012 R2, and Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager. The applicant must be a NATIVE english speaker (I am terrible at understanding heavy accents - this is no slight intended against non-native english speakers, but it is very important that there are no communication barriers). The applicant must also have extensive experience in designing Hyper-V based private cloud networks in an Active Directory environment. If you bid for this project, please detail your real-world experience with the given technologies. As a bit of background on the conversation, I will explain to you a currently live business setup that consists of several servers in a mixed virtualization environment along with a couple of the problems experienced by the owner of the systems, and then ask for advice on how to proceed on a planned expansion of the business. I know that is vague, but it really is a simple situation so it will not take long to explain. I will provide a 1-2 page brief describing the problem and goals prior to our skype call. This project may extend to your being awarded a further contract to actually administer part of the solution that we will talk about as well, depending on my ability to absorb the content :)
