Exchange 2003 Set-Up/Configuration

Need an Exchange Expert to assist with seeting up a small business exchange server (2003). Software is installed and is working marginally but this small business needs assistance with configuration and security. Unable to create public folders and a mirad of other problems. A good candidate might have a background in sharepoint services as well. If this works out ongoing work is a possibility as well

Must include the set-up of POP access as well as OWA
