I want you to create a simple virtual audio driver for windows which provides for Audio Out Device

and Matching Line In device. Basically its a Loopback where we can

play out audio to VIRTAUDIO and read same data back in through Virtual

LINEIN Device.

Must appear in Windows Sound Control Panel.

Must handle code signing to support 64 bit mode.
