We are looking for the [url removed, login to view] Engineer/executive to support Level 1 with following skill-set:-
1. At least 1+ year customer service support experience and you should customer customer focused.
2. Proactively manage customer issues using support processes and systems.
3. You should have good Computers skills, it should be at level where you can understand and manage to answer level 1 queries of the customers.
4. Excellent communication skills( written and Verbal).
5. Should be able to work 8-9 hrs day during US day hours
