Develop virtual graphic adapter for Windows OS which is using WDDM display driver architecture.
a. In a Windows VM in Google Compute Engine, there is no physical or virtual graphic adapter. When we install VNC server into the Windows VM, and then use VNC viewer to connect to the VNC server, we will not be able to get the VNC GUI view, because the VNC server needs to get it from the physical or virtual graphic adapter driver.

c. We are looking for a freelance programmer to develop a virtual graphic adapter for all Windows OS which is using WDDM display driver architecture (most importantly, must support Windows Server 2016 64-bit and Windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit in Google Compute Engine).
d. The final goal of this project:
i. After we installed the virtual graphic adapter in the Windows VM, and then installed TightVNC server ([url removed, login to view]), we can use VNC viewer to connect to the TightVNC server and get the VNC GUI view. The VNC GUI view must be clear and support high resolution. It should be similar to the VNC GUI view that we can get from a normal Windows VM which has a physical or virtual graphic adapter.
Depending on the complexity, this request may be split into milestones.
