I am taking coursework related to Windows OS Certification and need further explanation and practice on some of the learning objectives.
If you have worked as an IT Help Desk Analyst as a Tier 2 it would be most helpful.
Candidate must be aware of shortcuts, quick troubleshooting solutions, have extensive knowledge and be a good explainer .
Days and Hours of position:
5:00 am CST on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The position pays $5 per hour to start. If this is not acceptable, then do not apply for this post
If you are really talented and a measurable of learning is taking place, then a salary increase can be discussed, but only after 30 days.
