App Developer For Blackberry

Without getting into complete detail with NDA (attached) - What I need done: We're looking for a mobile device developer (ideally Blackberry for now) to code a program via whatever means (PHP, ASP, Bluetooth stack, etc) accessible from within wireless enabled area to communicate and run commands from the wireless device to be read from the computer receiving the data. What I already have versus what the provider will build: This is a brand-new program from the ground up looking for skilled writers/coders. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I want a very conservative look that is easy to interface/understand from an executive level. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience coding programs on wireless devices, specifically blackberry to start, but may move the code to other devices in the future. If you have experience in writing bluetooth stack, that is also of interest. Timeframe for delivery: We're looking to have a prototype in 1 - 1.5 months.
