Wordpress site using BlueHost for hosting.
The site has 3x subscription plans that users can sign up to and the site allows users to privately upload files (require secure cloud location to store files) to their account. There is a customer journey set currently (however it is not very good), that will contact the user every 1/3/6/or 12 months and if there is no open rate or click through on the email (or 3 follow up emails), the user then becomes inactive and files are released to the nominated recipient (once approved for release from an authority person).
