We are currently running a WordPress site with full version MarketPress, in which it allows users create their own sub-sites. On these sub-sites users can post their digital products for sell. There is a built-in function in MarketPress that the admin can set in WordPress Dashboard, allowing a certain percentage of fee (eg. 15% of the profit) from all sales in all sub-sites goes to the main site admin's paypal account.
What we want to achieve is to allow certain sub-sites bypass this fee, while 15% of all other sub-sites' sales goes to the site admin.
Recently my client asks about a third option of having 5% of all sales' profits go to admin account. So to be clear there are 3 options need to be available:
1. 100% profit from all sales in a sub-site goes to sub-site owner
2. 85% profit from all sales in a sub-site goes to sub-site owner, 15% goes to website domain owner (super-admin)
3. 95% profit from all sales in a sub-site goes to sub-site owner, 5% goes to website domain owner (super-admin)
Currently anyone can register and create a sub-site with no cost, but this may change in the future.
And currently the site is set with a MarketPress option that allows #2 above only, and the only payment gateway allowed for sub-site owners is Paypal Chained Payment.
