PSD to Wordpress for Music Site

We have a PSD designed that we'd like to convert to WP. Site is similar in functionality to [login to view URL] Take a look at that reference site and ensure that you can do all the features and functionality of that site in WP . If not let us know what other platform would you use and provide a CMS in. We also need the site to have a paid members area to allow download of music and pics. Site also needs to be mobile enabled like the reference site. In your PM mention the name of the reference site and provide us 2 sites you have done in WP and what is your exact bid and timeframe.
