Wordpress setup and customizing

Hi there

I have Wordpress project I need a qualified freelancer for:

We have a website ([url removed, login to view]) which is actually on a lame CMS and we want to set it up on wordpress with a theme from themeforest.com. The theme need to be adjusted according a sample. Most content will be overtaken, others will be replaced. We need the existing broker log-in to be remain as a secure part. On the distributor site, we want to have a USA map. Once the customer click a certain staate, the site should show the contact adress accordingly. For every product site, we need a kind of extra frame to display the linked attachments. It shall be availabe through the admin panel.
