Autofill Values to a Form on Wordpress Website

My website ([login to view URL]) uses Wordpress and Woocommerce and we capture customer details e.g. username, password, email etc from Woocommerce sign up.
We also use an external booking form on our website. I need these customer values from Woocommerce database to be filled in automatically when the customers are making a booking on this form [login to view URL] so the user don't need to insert the same details twice.
