Looking for someone with Wordpress experience to set up a QR code system for our recipe book. This book comes with QR codes inside which take the reader to a private link where the recipe and other media will be displayed for them.
We need a button that opens the phone / computer camera to read a QR code on the physical recipe book.
QR codes must be able to be read by computer cameras and mobile phones.

1. The best example we could find of the type of QR system we need is this government website from Chile where we first used it with our mobility passes and vaccine information. I've included the link to the website here so you can take a look. It is in Spanish and you can translate it if you want but all I'm trying to show you is the mechanism by which the camera is prompted.

2. I also included a screenshot highlighting where to click to see the camera permission prompt. I need that portion to work well with computer cameras and phone cameras.
FOR EXTRA PAY :
We are also looking for someone who will put together a general guide that includes any code / apps / plugins used necessary to achieve the QR code system.
Also, general instructions on how to embed a button like that on Wordpress.
