Configure WordPress plugin for emails before download

I'm using Wordpress Email Before Download. I have 4 files that are already located in the Downloads section. Most of this is set up already, but I can't figure out the instructions on the plugins and I can't get it set up. Following configuration: Multiple files/inline links AND emailed to registrant, customize email to registrant and to the site owner, and check the functions once it is configured. This uses these plugins: Email Before Download, Contact form 7, and Download Monitor - all of which can be found on the [login to view URL] site and they're all already installed on the site. I don't want the client to be bombarded with test emails. So set it up to go to me or you until it is working.
