Create responsive Wordpress site from provided design

Hello,

This is for a real estate website in French.
All the designs have been done. I will provide :
- indesign files
- pdf files
- visuals
- fonts
You need to integrate the pages according to the provided designs.
You will install needed plugins (but consult with me before)
I need to have a user friendly page editor, such as Elementor or WP Bakery so I can easily edit pages and add some animation effects to some elements.
The real estate part needs to be designed per the design, but it will be populated later with an API. So it needs to be able to received imported API data (images, texts, references...). You can use a plugin or not, please advise what you intend to do.
If that helps, I can install the Bridge Theme by Qode that has some interesting features already included in it and has Elementor and WP Bakery.
