We are a non-profit organization with our own WordPress website - we are looking to send email reminders of events that are coming up. We have a event every month and would like to know if someone RSVPs to the emailed event. We would like to use Twilio to send a text reminder or have the user text Twilio to RSVP using the Twilio bot. We would like Twilio bot to remind the person of the event and the system from Wordpress remind the party on email also. It would be nice to have these two pieces tied together. Twilio and the event service from our Wordpress site. We do not have a Wordpress event service today. We use Office 365 in the cloud.

You could utilize the Office 365 calendar for event service function. So, reminder will be triggered from Office 365 calendar as well. I could write a script for sending email and send text over Twilio API as well.
