Finish a simple WordPress WooCommerce Plugin

Hello plugin developer,
I need to finish my small WordPress WooCommerce Plugin (code provided below).
Requirements:
- The plugin adds an enable/disable switch per product - if enabled:
- The plugin adds two date-time picker
- The plugin automatically then enables the product sales if within the range
- The plugin automatically disables the product sales if outside the range (keeping stock information, if possible)
- The plugin sends and e-mail to the configured administrator with the sales start/end information, this should be from an HTML template within the plugin folder.
Please read the last line of the attached code and follow the steps to prove you're human.
The payout happens after the known requirements are met and the plugin is tested and working with the current stable WP/WC version.
