Small CSS changes on existing wordpress website

I need a header customized on a website, right now there is a menu and a submenu in the header, and currently the submenu is a sticky menu but we want the primary menu to be sticky, the theme doesn't allow this so a custom CSS change or [login to view URL] change is needed.
I would also like the search bar to be customized to look like google's search bar (round with 1 pixel border, white background inside search box).
This should be a small quick job for an experience CSS or wordpress developer .
