WordPress Custom Post Review System

Building a review system for custom post type (organization) where people will review an organization based on their experience with it. 1: Star-based review system (1-5 star). See attached image for how the review stars should look like. 2: Wile adding review, user should input (required) a: Review title (required) b: A box where they can write details of their experience/ justification of that review (optional) c: Perfomance Period Year (must be within last five years) not required 3: Add review functionality for a custom post type (just for that specific post type). 4: Members of all roles should be able to add review. 5: One member can add a review on a post just one time. 6: The result of the review (total rating) should be available on the post but only a specific member type should be able to view it (I plan to add a membership plugin and only paid members should be able to see the review result (rating). 7: Adding review should be ajax based (user clicks on the star and review gets added). 8: Non-premium members can view their own review (and edit only within 24 hours of the review posting) I'll need you to upload a working example on your own test domain and if I see it works correctly, I'll place order where you'll submit the code for it.
