I have a WordPress plugin that outputs messages on the My Account page after users login. I have 2 types of user roles. One is Employer and another is Freelancer. When they register, they click validation email and are taken to login screen, the standard thing. Upon first time login, Employer and Freelancer are greeted with a message block, specific to each role. This is thanks to the plugin. After the second login however, the message block is no longer displayed for both. The messages are displayed under the condition that that's the first login. When the user logs out and logs in again, the message is no longer displayed.
What I want to do is:
1) Stop outputting the message for Employer completely.
2) Change the conditions under which the message is output for Freelance. I want the message to continue displaying regardless of whether it's freelancer's first time or second time or third time etc to log in; but I want the message to display as long as one or more of the user profile fields is not completed yet.
Please see screenshots in folder MAIN:

Freelancer message GONE after first login

And I have miscellaneous tasks in MISC folder
