Wordpress Pro needed - Fix split screen issue on web page

I am using the Blomma theme ... I have taken the split screen section you see here( [login to view URL]) and put it on top of the main homepage ([login to view URL]). But it has caused some problems - particularly with the scrolling and transitions.
1 - I want the split screen slider to start automatically - and run through the transitions without the need to scroll through it (but you can still click one of the dots to move to the next transition).
2 - If you do scroll - then it scrolls down the content of the page (INSTEAD of changing the split screen slider) - So if you scroll down teh page - it is NOT connected to the split screen header at the top.
