I need a process writer to work with my team very closely for 5-15 days see our work and create a template we can use to repeat our work and ensure a high degree of accuracy and automation.
I am looking for someone who listens well and knows how to create the best process flow give the results we need to see. A good term to use is "Standard Operating Proceedure" or SOP for short.
If someone has experience writing SOPs and using Asana we will most likely be a good fit.
I doubt we will find someone with the exact industry experience so rather than expect that someone understands our field of work I need the to just understand the process and result we need to accomplish.
The two companies I need to to create processes for are in the the fields of accounting and SEO.
I need everything from onboarding new staff to completing recurring projects.
