Personal Assistant/ Business Assistant


As a Business/personal assistant (PA) you will work to provide administrative, personal and business support usually on a one-to-one basis dealing with secretarial, managerial, corporate and administrative tasks depending on the nature of the requirements.

What we’re looking for?

An ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge of the organization/Individual for which they work.

You will need to know who key personnel are (both external and internal) and understand the organization/Individual aims and objectives.

Absolute Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes for a successful candidate and must not be violated at all costs

Ability to work hard under pressure and meet with deadlines

Flexible with timings


Devising and maintaining project updates, including data management and filing.

Regularly maintaining business and personal schedules

Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

Coordinating meetings with all potential clients.

Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

Regularly update and monitor to- do-lists and projects in process

Being involved in decision-making processes.

Keep record of all personal and business proceedings and information

Organizing and maintaining Checklists and making appointments;

Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;

Carrying out specific and extensive background and market research and presenting findings according to requirements.

Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations of all kinds depending on the desired requirements.

Organizing, planning, managing meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.

Handling different tasks on social media.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Sound word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;

Capacity to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;

Good organizational and time management skills;

Ability to carry specific-oriented research

The ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Ability to work on your own initiative;

Honesty and reliability; Honoring confidentiality with the client

Ability to pay attention to detail;

Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines;

Sound knowledge of Social media.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelors or a Master’s degree (Masters preferred) in Administration/Management/Business or any other relevant field of study.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field of administrative/ Managerial/ Secretarial role.

The job is of a Virtual Personal Assistant. No extraordinary set of skills required apart from the basic ones.

Responsibility of handling, recording, updating information is the key
Time management and responding on time
Managing work efficiently and productively
Good knowledge and should know how to use (monday.com)
Should be available/online during UK time 8am-4pm
Excellent at multitasking.
