We are looking for someone with primarily Windows Server 2003 administration, and [url removed, login to view] experience, and some MS SQL experience. What we are trying to do is open, maintain, and close multiple XML socket connections to the server from our client application that was developed in Flash.
We want to send XML commands to the server and have some kind of daemon running that listens to the socket connection and sends these to calls to stored procedures in our MS SQL 2000 database, takes the results of the procedures, wraps XML tags around them, and sends them back over the connection.
