263672 Simple Flash Project

I am looking for a flash programmer that can create 2 small flash apps for me, below are the details fo the apps. Slideshow ======================================== I would like a simple slideshow created for my site, the slideshow will need to look into an xml file for the images to show and the links to goto if clicked. The slides of the show can be seen by clicking the tabs for each image or they automaticaly slide after a certain amount of time (example 5 seconds), I will include a rar file with examples of what I meen so please download and look at it before you bid. Mp3 Player ======================================== I need a very simple flash mp3 player, no fancy things added to it just a simple start/stop button. The mp3 file will be loaded like the following example <embed wmode="transparent" src="[login to view URL];autostart=true" quality="high" pluginspage="[login to view URL]" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="50" height="50"></embed> as you can see the mp3 player loads the file direct as it is called on the page (src="[login to view URL]), no xml etc just direct command line. this is a very simple flash project so please do not be stupid in your bidding, I can find free flash mp3 players and free flash slideshows on the net and this should take an experienced flash programmer an hour or so to complete.
