I want Track Attack to be renovated piece of technology such as the Track Stick GPS Tracking Devices that has previously been advertised on in several places on the Internet. What makes Track Attack so different from these others Track Stick devices are it gives the person trying to track the object, person, or thing a new edge. On these old Track Stick devices the USB connecter and the GPS tracker were all embodied into one chasing, not a bad idea if the object, person, or thing is going to return so you can then plug in the USB connecter and track their whereabouts. But this leaves one question what if the object, person, or thing you are tracking never comes back, then there is absolutely no way to track them and find out where they are or where they have been. This is where the Track Attack comes into play, instead of housing the USB connecter and the GPS tracker in the same encasement why not separate the two and make the tracking easier. This will allow the person tracking to connect the USB and track the person every move instead of waiting until the specimen returns and finding out where they have been.
The USB connecter should be similar to the make up of a standard USB Flash Drive, but it should have an increased height because it must contain a receiver that receives the signal from the GPS tracker that will allow you to track the moves of the subject. In addition to this the UBS connecter should also have a transmission button, when pressed this button will activate the tracker and begin the track the movements.
The GPS tracker should be as small as possible, maybe 1.5 inches in diameter. The encasing should be durable and waterproof so it is able to stand strong when introduce to various weather circumstances and equipped with a high energy button-cell battery locked into a screwed compartment. To conserve battery life the transmission button from the USB connecter will act as a wake button, after 15mins of inactivity that the GPS tracker will go into a sleep mode to conserve power. Once the transmission button from the USB connecter is pressed again it will wake and track its location again. The top if the tracker should have a transmitter/receiver that will allow it to receive waking signals from and transmit location to the USB connecter. The button of the tracker should come the option of a magnetic or stick attachment, this means is can stick magnetically to the truck of a car or stick in the seams of clothing and so forth. Also the tracker needs about 1MB of memory so it can hold a substantial amount of history.
The GPS tracker should be able to output its history in many form including:
RTF (text files w/ links to HTML maps)
XLS ( Microsoft Excel)
HTML (web pages w/ graphics and images)
KML (capable of usage with Google Earth)
