421284 Clean XHTML/Wordpress from PSD

I have a psd template which need to be in clean css/xhtml tableless solution (xhtml). The two pages are all really similar, it's for a website in wordpress. A psd is available for both the page and need a complete css/html page with all dynamic elements. The template will be part of a wordpress website, if you can also make it a template for wordpress, please put on the board of the project and give me a quote accordingly.
