Hi, I'm Denis, a full-stack developer with experience on Zoho Creator integrations involving REST APIs, Deluge workflows, and webhooks. I understand your project: connect your Zoho Creator invoice form to Tupana's electronic billing API. The flow sends invoice data via Deluge, receives a batch ID, listens for Tupana's webhook confirmation, then updates your Zoho record with the folio, PDF link, and response data. I've built similar asynchronous integrations with bidirectional data flow and synchronized state. Key technical aspects include building the correct JSON payload for Tupana's batch endpoint, implementing idempotency to prevent duplicates, validating webhook signatures, and mapping responses back to Zoho fields without affecting other functions. My approach: 1. Review your form structure and existing Deluge functions 2. Map your fields to Tupana's requirements 3. Build the outbound API call with error handling and idempotency keys 4. Set up the webhook receiver to validate and process Tupana's responses 5. Implement error logging for user visibility 6. Test the complete flow in Tupana's sandbox environment The key consideration is ensuring the webhook correctly identifies which Zoho record to update. I'll store the idempotency key or batch ID to reliably match responses to original submissions. I'm ready to start immediately. Let's discuss the details. Thanks, Denis.

Hello, Zoho Creator + Tupana API Integration {{{ I HAVE CREATED SIMILAR API, WEBHOOK AND AUTOMATION INTEGRATIONS BEFORE AND I CAN SHOW YOU }}} I have 11+ years of software development experience and can work directly inside Zoho Creator using Deluge to complete this Tupana integration. I will review the existing emission form, fields, workflows and Deluge functions, then map the current data to Tupana’s JSON structure without unnecessarily changing existing functionality. I will implement the `/v2/documents/batch/` API call, API Key authentication, Idempotency-Key, batch/status tracking, error handling and duplicate prevention. I will also implement the Tupana webhook, including HMAC signature validation where applicable, and relate the response to the original Zoho record. The Zoho record will be automatically updated with the SII message, Folio, PDF link and emission date, with enough tracking information to identify the original operation. I will test the complete Sandbox flow: Zoho → Deluge → Tupana → processing → Webhook → Zoho, including successful issuance, validation errors, retries and duplicate prevention. Budget: $120 total at $5/hour, payable after the integration is completed and fully tested. Thanks, Christina

Hi there! The main challenge is connecting the existing Zoho Creator workflow with Tupana reliably without changing your current application structure. The important part is making the full flow work from Zoho to Tupana, then back through the webhook to the same original record. I have experience with Zoho Creator, Deluge, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, HTTP error handling, and API integrations. I have worked on integrations where existing forms trigger external APIs, responses are tracked, and records are updated automatically. I will first review your existing form, fields, workflows, and Deluge functions before making changes. I will map the Zoho fields to Tupana's required JSON, implement API authentication and Idempotency-Key handling, and store the batch status. I will then configure the webhook, validate the response, update the original record, and test errors and duplicate prevention in Sandbox. check our work https://www.freelancer.com/u/ayesha86664 Can you provide the Tupana API documentation and existing Zoho form/function details so I can review the mapping? Let me know if you’re interested & we can discuss it. Best Regards Ayesha

Hello, I can build the Zoho Creator integration with Tupana’s API using Deluge and webhooks, ensuring end-to-end reliability from document submission to response handling. I’ve worked with Zoho Creator’s Deluge to connect to external APIs, including a similar batch-processing system where I handled idempotency keys to prevent duplicate submissions. I’d approach this by mapping Zoho’s form fields to Tupana’s required JSON structure, then using Deluge to POST to the batch endpoint with proper headers and idempotency keys. The webhook response will trigger a Deluge function to update the original record with the PDF link and status. A fully automated workflow will reduce manual checks and ensure data consistency between systems. I’ll also document the field mappings and error-handling logic for future maintenance. Once the integration is complete, I’ll walk you through the testing process and provide a checklist to verify the sandbox environment. If this approach works for you, I’d be happy to discuss the project details further. Thanks, Lazar.

Saludos cordiales, Ruslan

Hi, the key challenge here is integrating Zoho Creator with Tupana's API using Deluge and webhooks, I'd approach this by first reviewing the existing application and its workflows. I'll set up a real-time sync between Zoho Creator and Tupana, ensuring that data is sent, processed, and updated correctly. My focus will be on implementing the "Idempotency-Key" mechanism to prevent duplicate emissions. In my experience, a common mistake in such integrations is not handling errors properly, I'd make sure to implement a robust error handling system that can manage various types of errors, including authentication, connection, and validation errors, and provide clear feedback to the user. The client can expect a fully functional integration that works from end to end, with automatic updates of the original record in Zoho Creator, and a brief documentation of the implementation.

Hi, I read your post carefully. You already have the Zoho Creator form and workflow, so the key part is connecting the existing data to Tupana reliably and making sure the asynchronous webhook updates the original record correctly. I have experience with Deluge, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and backend integrations. I would specifically pay attention to the Idempotency Key, error handling, and the relationship between the Tupana batch/document ID and the original Zoho record, so retries cannot create duplicate documents. I would first review the existing form, workflows, and Deluge functions, then map the fields to Tupana and implement the Sandbox flow end to end before touching production. I can work within your $5/hour budget and keep the total within the $120 limit, with payment after the integration is fully tested.

Hi, the goal is to make each Tupana emission update the same Zoho Creator record, without duplicate invoices or manual log checking. I’d first inspect the existing form, workflows, Deluge functions, and related automations, then map the current fields to Tupana’s JSON for each DTE type. The POST /v2/documents/batch/ call would store the batch ID, initial status, Idempotency-Key, and useful error details directly in Zoho. The part that usually bites here is a retried or delayed webhook creating duplicate updates or attaching the response to the wrong record. I’d use stable record identifiers, idempotency checks, and HMAC validation for X-Pana-Signature where applicable. A visible pending state would also stop users from resubmitting while Tupana processes the document. I’d test the full Sandbox flow, invalid data, HTTP failures, retries, folio, PDF link, and date updates. My background includes 10+ years building REST APIs, JSON integrations, and automation workflows. I have two questions: Q1: Does Tupana return a value that can carry the Zoho record ID, or should batch mapping remain in Zoho? Q2: Is the webhook secret already configured, and must production use a different endpoint?

Sela
