Our synagogue is implementing a hybrid worship experience using a Zoom Room platform. The configuration consists of a high-powered gaming computer, Zoom Room software, two large monitors (one for 49-person gallery view and one for presentations or spot light feature on Zoom), three PTZ cameras/controllers, Black Magic ATEM Mini Extreme Switcher, a digital sound mixer, multiple microphones, a sound snake, and wireless HDMI transmitters/receivers to get Zoom from computer to two large monitors. Zoom Room implementation experience is a must as is the ability to work virtually with me. I am a Zoom Room user/consumer and a volunteer, but we need professional help with the implementation.
Here is the scope: We need to install Zoom Rooms software on a new computer. Further, we must integrate 3 Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) cameras with an a Controller. The Cameras will send the video stream to a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme switcher. We also need to connect wired microphones (through a sound snake) and wireless microphones to a Personal sound mixer. The Sound mixer will then feed into the Switcher. The Switcher than connects to the computer feeding the video and audio to the Zoom Rooms Platform. Next, the Zoom Computer is connected to three monitors via wireless HDMI transmitters/receivers. Finally, the system must be tested for hybrid use: (i) monitors in the sanctuary and (ii) streamed via Zoom to remote participants. I hope this is helpful.
