Closing a project for bidding
If you have posted a project and are satisfied with the number of bids that have come it, you can close the project for bidding. The Close Bidding option is for projects that are open for bidding:
1. Go to the Proposals tab of the project that you wish to close.
2. Click the … tab, and select Close Bidding.
If you have existing bids, you can still award a freelancer after closing your project for bidding.
