I was born and raised in New Zealand, I have a Japanese background. I have a bachelors of engineering degree in construction. I have spoke and studied Japanese my whole life, traveled to Japan 6 times. I am very competent at speaking, writing and reading both Japanese and English and have excellent communication and translation skills. I am an efficient and productive worker, using my time management skills to ensure I do jobs to the best of my ability. I have had 2 years site management experience within the construction industry, this involved performing tasks under high levels of pressure, communication levels which had to be consistent to relay information and considerable time management skills to manage work loads and priority works. I am very competent at computer software's such as Microsoft office ( word, project, publisher and excel). I also have a lot of experience in 2D/3D modelling software's such as Auto Cad, revit and sketchup. I excel in designing conceptual ideas from clients, with my practical experience I can create designs with a good understanding of how it will evolve practically, I consider every aspect of design such as build ability, cost analysis, productivity and efficiency.
