Evaluating an analysis tool SBEC springback via consideration of various industrial parts. This evaluation consisted in carrying out the numerical calculation of the elastic back with results from other stamping software.

Tool SBEC springback

Experimental and numerical study of the elastic return after stamping; the mission was to evaluate an analysis "SBEC" (springback Elementary Contribution) tool being made by ArcelorMittal, with the aim to develop the capacity of post-treatment in the SBEC.

Straightening sheet metal,

According to a thesis that was between the research center of UTC (France) and Dimeco_Alpresse, the company needed an engineer to monitor the work and create a software tool that manage these machines. En suite to the modeling and design of special machines.

Cold Rolling

Study of inhomogeneity "CHTE" (change color). Failure CHTE is a lack of surface homogeneity related to cold rolling process. This defect is visually characterized by different aspects zones (+ or - mate) and economic costs of non-quality. This type of problem is well recognized in the world.
