  “The freelancer did his task, somewhat. The detailed specs clearly specified that the page needs to work on iOS and Android. The freelancer bidded with great enthusiasm claiming the project is 'pretty straight forward[sic] and I could have it done very quickly'". The freelancer did quite a good job with Android, but came across unexpected problems on iOS. The freelancer could only manage a crude workaround, despite a relaxation in the specs, before saying he already spent enough time working on the project and we need to "discuss terms" if he were to continue further. I acknowledge it was a $30 project (I decided to release the fund anyway), I was nonetheless unimpressed by the lack of basic commitment to deliver what was agreed upon, not to mention a lack of regard for customer satisfaction. I relayed this sentiment to the freelancer a couple of days ago, but I received no response, hence this honest evaluation.”
