Many companies approach topics related to artificial intelligence algorithms in the expectation that it is the Holy Grail that will solve many problems. Unfortunately, such an approach often ends with resignation and further reluctance. Therefore, the process of implementing artificial intelligence should start with determining the goal function and building a concept for the implementation of individual stages, so that the goal is achievable. A well-designed process makes it possible to achieve the planned assumptions, and the greatest value is the conversion of the results of AI algorithms into business information that streamlines the entire process.
