Development in Visual Basic 6.0 of all systems
As a Free lance software developer, I am responsible for making the various programs (forms, reports and database) for the company’s various projects. Making various reports with Crystal reports 8.5, forms, interfaces, dlls etc Visual Basic 6.0 as front end and Oracle 9i/Access 2000 as back-ends. The major tasks performing are:
• Analysis, coding and testing of the system in Visual Basic 6.0 .
• Developing various reports of varying complexity including Sorting, grouping, On-demand sub reports, Cross-tab reports, parameterized reports, Charts, maps, Graphical design reports..
• Developed complete stored procedures, triggers etc. for 3 tier architecture design in Oracle 9i.

Preventive Maintenance and Scheduling system
As a Free-lance Developer, Responsible for making the various kinds of programs for the Enquiry and Preventive Maintenance system. Made interfaces, dlls, forms etc with Visual Basic 6.0 ,reports with using Crystal reports 9.0 and Access-2000 as back-ends. The major tasks performed are:
• Designed forms for Enquiry Order, Customer Details, Technician Details, Scheduling Details and Maintenance Details. Also Made necessary changes as per the client’s requirement.
• Developed a back-end Stored procedure to generate reports.
• Developed PDF, WORD, EXCEL outputs using Visual Basic and Crystal Reports.
• Developed word objects for opening and storing word documents in folders automatically created by customer. As soon as customer data is feed in , an automated program is generated to create folders and subfolders for the new customer. Raw Material and Inventory System
As a Team Leader , responsible for the analysis, design and development of entire raw material processing till the completion of finished product of the client . The client of Rex Software technologies was a German company named Noveon which was engaged in the manufacture of pet food. I was entrusted the task of preparing their entire raw material processing and inventory system for their Indian plant. This was through Rex Software Technologies. I had a team of 2 people to for support. We designed the entire system and were also responsible for setting up the network. The development part was done in Visual Basic 6.0 with Crystal reports 8.5 for reporting and charts and Access-2000 as backend. The major tasks performed are:
• Development of MRN charging and Lab Certification programs along with charts.
• Developed a system for analysis of the material which automatically selected the best customer according to the specifications given by lab
• Created GUI's for Customer Information, Registration, and Orders and generated alerts for the upcoming orders in Visual Basic 6.0.
• Creation of reports, charts etc which depicted the day-to-day structure of the inventory and raw material consumed. Stock details etc. were reflected
• Creation of inbuilt email system which automatically sent the updated stock details to Germany. Also the same system was implemented at Germany. The person over there used to select the product sent from here, quantity etc and same was emailed here in India.

• Designed and developed entire Production system which included raw material analysis, stock handling, production control etc..

• Designed and developed Payroll module with Entry for Earnings and deductions, Pay Calculation, Loan Details and Payroll run for a particular pay period.
• Developed an intra-email system for receiving/sending of messages to various departments with attachment facilities.

As a Programmer, working for Rex Software Technologies , was entrusted the task of creating the above systems for their client J.C.T. Electronics Ltd (Thapar Group). This company was engaged in the manufacturing of picture tubes. The work was done in FoxPro 2.6. The features of the work done are :
• Developed entire HRD and Personnel system which included administration, training, wage settlement of workers, medical reimbursement system, travel expenses, leave records etc.
• Developed an online analysis of employee performance which helped the management to fix bonus or increase wages/salary etc.
• Developed an entire Dispatch system for handling the dispatch of the finished products.
• Created reports according to Central Excise policies.
• Developed Maintenance system for carrying out preventive maintenance, workers assigned, status of unfinished work, progress of ongoing maintenance and several reports on basis of this.

Currently I am working as a freelance software developer since Oct 2003 and having various clients from Malaysia, Kuwait, London, USA etc. I am ready to do your work if it is interesting and challenging for me. I like to do surfing and making friends. Traveling to various places is my greatest interests. I am always intrigued in traveling and exploring places where I have never been. I am always eager to learn new things in my field. I am very much interested to learn about embedded technology and wish to work on it in future.
