Unfortunately the freelancer did not deliver within the given time. Again and again we had to point out corrections and errors. In addition, this was a very urgent project. The Freelacner was also informed of this. However, the freelancer was in a country with 9 hours time difference. This means that the freelancer only starts working when we had 5 o'clock in the evening. We could always only examine the changes the next day and had to readjust them again and again. [16 December, 2019] The freelancer didn't mention he was working in a completely different time zone. 9 hours time shift is very hard. Also, the freelancer couldn't keep to the schedule. I could only see the changes the next day. Then I had to wait 9 hours to give further instructions and then my day was over again. The quality was also very poor. I had to point out again and again to grievances

My experience of working with Parveen has been average. He seems to have the technical ability but was unable to increase page speed using the 'Googles Lighthouse' metric within the budget agreed. Communication was also average.

Parveen is amazing, I would highly recommend him. Very professional and knows his stuff. Reliable and timely also.
