Andrew has an inherent understanding of materiality and structure, valuable in the development process. Jennifer is an architect that has been practicing since 2004. Projects have included residential design/remodeling, office, retail, community facilities, houseboats, and bar/restaurant interiors. Well versed in taking a project from a budding idea through construction documents, bidding, and construction, she is valuable at all stages of a project, and maintains strong client relationships. Jennifer has also been known to make dresses from building materials, a highly sought-after skill.
